ever-changing variety of designs, colors, Exotic Leathers and trims make each
Paul Aude Handbag a limited edition collectible.
Slight variations in color or texture on our hand-tooled leathers are not only
considered normal, it is desirable to collectors.
BILLING AND PAYMENT
Paul Aude accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, And American Express as
forms of payment. We do not charge sales tax, except on orders being shipped to
New YorkState, in which case an 8.625% sales tax
surcharge will apply.
SHIPPING
Our goal is one-week delivery from date of purchase, with most orders arriving
in 3 business days. All Currently Out Of Stock Items can take between 4 to 6
weeks to be processed. All shipments are sent via UPS and USPS.
Shipping & handling rates are based on service selected and are
automatically calculated upon checkout. These rates are for USA and Canada only. Please email us for

WARRANTY
All Paul Aude handbags come with a 90 Day warranty with proof of purchase
receipt that provides a free repair or replacement of any manufacturer defect
with your product. It does not cover deliberate damage made to the item due to
negligence.

Important: As per instructions of the U.S. Post Office, in
order to ensure proper delivery of your item it is extremely important that you
print your name, telephone number and address clearly stating your problem
along with a copy of your receipt.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the unique quality of our products and because each one is hand-made in
limited quantity, we do NOT accept returns. We do however offer a 2 week exchange policy at our option.
